Order & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
The average delivery time is 7 to 15 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. Thanks to this unique businessmodel, we save considerably on storage and transport costs, allowing us to offer our products at sharper prices than the competition. In addition, we cover the shipping costs ourselves.
The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?!
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, an order may occasionally experience a delay during the shipping process.

Haven't received anything 3 days after the expected delivery date? Then please contact us.
I'm missing some products from my order. How is that possible?
We work with several suppliers, which means it is possible that products are shipped separately. If you are missing items, these can usually still be delivered within 2 to 3 days. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
What are the shipping costs?
We cover the shipping costs entirely ourselves.
Note: Sometimes we offer promotional FREE products. In that case, we charge €6.95 shipping costs to cover shipping and handling fees.
Exchanges & Returns
I am not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is undamaged and unused. You do not need to give a reason.
