Return Policy

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. You then have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount. Only the costs of returning the product from your home to the supplier are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the supplier with all accessories supplied and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@Levino.co.uk. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

 

Exceptions to returns

Products that meet one or more of the following criteria cannot be returned:

 

1.     Sealed products. Once the seal has been broken, these products are not returnable.

•       b. products made by the entrepreneur according to the consumer's specifications;

•       c. products that are clearly personal in nature;

•       d. products that by their nature cannot be returned;

•       e. products that can spoil or age quickly;

•       f. products whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;

•       g. individual newspapers and magazines;

•       h. audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
